Subject: "CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAWS ABRIDGING VA BENEFITS" - SHOULD BE MADE A "CONTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT" - AND ONLY THE "VETERANS PARTY OF AMERICA" CAN MAKE THAT HAPPEN...
Date: Wed, 15 Jun 2005 22:36:43 -0700 (PDT)

U.S. SENATE = 39% VETERANS.

U.S. HOUSE OF REP = 29.4% VETERANS.

TOTAL MEMBERS OF HOUSE AND SENATE = 535.

WHICH MEANS THAT ONLY 31.2% OF BOTH THE HOUSE AND SENATE ARE VETERANS.

THAT'S WHY THE "VETERANS PARTY OF AMERICA" IS SO CRUCIAL TO VETERANS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS WHO WANT TO MAKE SURE THAT ALL VA BENEFITS STAY IN TACT. AND THERE ARE ONLY TWO-WAYS THIS CAN BE ACCOMPLISHED:

1. HAVE CONGRESS PASS CURRENT PROPOSED LEGISLATION FOR "MANDATORY VA FUNDING."

2. HAVE CONGRESS AND AT LEAST THREE-QUARTERS OF THE STATES PASS A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT THAT SAYS "CONGRESS SHALL MAKE NO LAWS ABRIDGING VA BENEFITS."
