Subject: Federal Elections Commission Investigating the Veterans Party of America National Committee for Failure to File Mid-Year Report on Contributions the Party received

November 17, 2005

According to conversations I had yesterday with the Federal Elections Commission (FEC), The National Committee of the Veterans Party of America is currently being investigated by them for their failure to file the Mid-Year Report for Contributions the Party received and for Expenditures the Party had from January 01-June 30, 2005. This Report must be filed regardless of whether the Party had any Contributions or not the FEC told me. This Rule also applies to Monthly or Quarterly Reports the FEC advised me.

The FEC also told me that Civil Fines run from $200 to $16,000 depending on how late the Report is when it is finally filed. The Mid-Year Report was due by July 31, 2005.

On August 17, 2005, the FEC sent the National Committee an Official Letter Notifying them that they failed to file the required Report and if they did not file they would be investigated, fined and/or audited. A copy of the FEC Letter can be found in the "Notice of Failure to File" set forth below.

Having been involved with the Party as a Volunteer and a Registered Voter of the Party since 2003, and also believing in the Platform and Concept the Party is endeavoring to portray, the Wrongful Acts and Omissions of the current National Committee are jeopardizing the integrity and existence of the Party if this and other matters are not resolved.

The Party's "Autonomy" and continued "Legal Existence" as an Entity and Political Party is not dependent on whether the Founder or the current National Committee Members remain in Office.

Federal Law and/or a Federal Court Order can provide that Members of the Party can Vote to replace the Members of the National Committee if they are unhappy with their actions or if they have not properly performed their Jobs or in the case where Members of the National Committee have perpetrated Unlawful Acts or Omissions in the name of the Party.

There is even more disturbing information and evidence to this Story of which I will reveal at a later date.

Sincerely,
Terry Richards
