Lt Cornel Davis along with Lt Cornel Lewfky and Captain Simmons of the Judge Advocates Office interpolate the new law incorrectly as Captain Simmons famous quote is " We will Jealously Protect the Low Volume Usage of these Lands" as these leader of men Deny Access for our Disabled Veterans even in the event of a New Federal Law that should have resolved the issues!
