Subject: Tentative Resolution

Attached is a copy of tentative Resolution No. R8-2002-0044 for your review and comment. This Resolution waives waste discharge requirements for specific types of discharges, provided that the criteria and conditions identified in Attachment "A" of the Resolution are met. The Resolution is scheduled for consideration by the Regional Board at its September 6, 2002 meeting.

Dear Ocean Outfall Group (OOG), dedicated to ending the 301(h) waiver held by the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD):

Read this forwarded message, download the attachment and read it. What do you make of this? Is RWQCB looking to approve more waivers? I would not think they would dare approve more waivers, no matter how small and insignificant the dischargers think they are. What will be the cumulative environmental impacts of all these waivers? Enough already.
