1. 3:30 P.M. each work day, picket the John Laing Homes project in Seal Beach. Blatant violation of the Coastal Act call for re-examination of the project. Developer, Native Americans, others now negotiating. Prop. 40 funds might save the Mesa, but will they be in time?
