of this area, now called the Gabrieleno (or Gabrielino) /Tongva.

----------------------FLYER INFORMATION

"Learn how the native peoples of the South Bay and Catalina Island used local plants and herbs in their everyday lives. This 'hands-on' program provides you with the opportunity to examine and discover the many uses of local herbs and plants as the Gabrielino/Tongva used them. Participants can look forward to making and taking home a craft made from local native plants.
