Help Needed at the Oak Sun/Mon, 12/1-2
John Quigley announced today that signs have been put up on the street beside the 400 year-old Pico Canyon oak tree announcing no parking starting Monday, December 2. He believes this means that the developer John Laing Homes will start to cut the roots and box the tree in preparation for moving it (which is likely to kill it).

He is asking for everyone who can make it, to come out Sunday night, park by the tree and sleep in their vehicle to form a protective barrier. Or come out early Monday morning and plan to stay all day, if possible. For the latest info, check the website,
