I heard from Jerry Thibeault, Executive Director for the Regional Water Quality Control Board (RWQCB). It's OK to attend as an observer to the Peer Review Workshops for Secondary Treatment Implementation at OCSD. Next meeting is February 26, 8 AM. I will send a notice for more details as they arise. The correct number for OCSD Engineer's David Ludwin's assistant Gail is 714-593-7301 to order the manual for the Peer Review Workshop. There will be a charge for reproducing this manual. It should be worth it if you are interested in providing input on how and when OCSD implements its full secondary mandate. This input can be given to the OCSD Board of Directors meetings on the 4th Wednesday each month, 7 PM, or the OCSD committee meetings including the OMTS meeting the first Wednesday each month, the PDC meeting the first Thursday each month, the FAHR meeting each month, second Wednesday, and the Steering Committee, fourth Wednesday each month from 5 PM to 7 PM. See ocsd.com website for agendas and meeting times, as they sometimes change. The OCSD directors need to see the public continue to be engaged. Thanks.
