Dear OOG:

Please write a letter to Gov. Davis, asking him to sign ABX1 10, which will require polluters to pay for costs of regulating wastewater and stationary air source pollution. See attached sample letter. Letter has to get on his desk by next Tuesday. Also email to: graydavis@governor.ca.gov.
