The OCSD board of directors has agendized the issue of the future level of treatment (i.e.: 301 (h) permit or waiver) for the regular board meeting on Wednesday, July 17. The start time is 6:00 p.m.. The board will hear public comments for 45 minutes, at the beginning of the meeting.

Please pass the word to those you know are interested. We want to make sure the community is aware of the start time being 6:00 p.m. and not 7:00 p.m. I don't have Stephanie Barger's e-mail address, so I would greatly appreciate it if Jan or Ed would forward this to her.

Also, if you know of people who are unable to attend the meeting, but wish to make comment to the board, they may do so in writing. The written information will be entered into the record for the board to review. Written information may be mailed or
