Dear Ocean Outfall Group (OOG), dedicated to ending the 301(h) waiver held by the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD):

If you have had a chance to view the video that OCSD has recently distributed to Orange County libraries (see below for links), you will see that OCSD is soliciting Public Input, as in "Public Input Needed" throughout the video. Thus, this is another chance to provide Public Input to OCSD. Please distribute this to all your groups. Send an email message to OCSD at: communications@ocsd.com Let's fill up their mailbox with our emails recommending additional level of treatment with no waiver. See sample email below.
