Dear Ocean Outfall Group (OOG), dedicated to ending the 301(h) waiver held by the Orange County Sanitation District (OCSD):

In my last email, I forgot to include Santa Ana, for our Monday night City By City visit, which is tomorrow (tonight), July 15. Santa Ana is home to OCSD rep Pat McGuigan, who would not allow a Study Session by OOG, after our October 1, 2001 appearance there, so our only chance is another Public Comments appearance. Here is the meeting place:

Hope to see you there. As I mentioned in my last email, this week is a watershed, and OCSD will be making a legacy decision on Wednesday. We will want to put our very best into this week, so that we will not have to work so hard over the summer. On the other hand, if we don't prevail this week, it's going to be a long hot summer and fall.
