It was a great way to end the meeting. The City Council voted to dump the waiver. One more city joins to dump the waiver and I was glad I was their to see it happen. The Medical Affidavitt was accepted very well and I am sure they will let their Lifegaurds and Jr. Lifegaurds have the Affidavitt.
