Check out tomorrow's papers, as the disinfection issue is sure to be reported. I was not able to attend the whole RWQCB meeting today, but I heard the bleach proposal was unanimously approved. By the way, if you get a chance to drive down Coast Highway between Newport Beach and Huntington Beach, look offshore. You'll see a huge crane and barges carrying ballast rock. This is to repair the OCSD outfall pipe. Notice how close to shore this operation is.
