The Golden Rule

The Golden Rule is constantly broken by Military Officers and the U.S. Military needs to be accountable for Malpractice and Negligence to all that serve. The Federal Torts Claims Act written by Officers for Officers goes against all concepts of the Golden Rule sign on Disipline. (FTCA) Destroys Medical Care for all enlisted.
